Fanta is a brand of soft drinks, which falls under the Coca Cola Company. There are more than 100 different flavors around the world. The drink originated in 1940 at the German branch of Coca Cola, as Germany was cut off from Coca Cola imports from the United States during World War II. After brainstroming, a product called Fanta was created, which comes from the word fantasy. After the end of the Second World War, the American Coca Cola Company took over the product from the German branch and included it in its range.
